The Future We Want

We have an ongoing project about sustainable development and the SGDs. One interesting activity was about water conservation. As an Eco-School we have a committee that includes our students, to create a plan for the school to save energy, water and take care of the residues and trash. In order to save water, students came up with the idea to install a vertical cistern at the school. They found a project, they made all the calculations using Excel. First, they created prototypes using Paint 3D, and then they created with pipes. They prepared a Sway about the project and we built the vertical cistern at the school. This cistern holds 520 liters of rainwater that we use to cleaning and to water plants.
