Empathy and the SDGs

Too often schools just talk about skills students need to be successful, but I want my kids to be more than successful - I want them to make the world a better place! In this session, we will explore different activities (empathy map, thinking routines) linked to empathy, to help our students not just know about issues in the world, but care about them. We'll look at examples of award-winning design projects that link to the goals, and will show how students can take action too!
