What Is An SEL Hero?

Social Emotional Learning helps students of all ages to better comprehend their emotions, to feel those emotions fully, and demonstrate empathy for others. Using these behaviors, learners are able to make positive decisions and relationships with those around them. But to start, they need people guiding them on their process and empowering them to become their best self. We call these people SEL Heroes.
